Order Processing

- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information

Shipping Rates

We currently offer: Tracked Delivery :£8.99

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times are: UK Tracked Delivery:  2-4 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

Age Verification

As we sell alcoholic products, customers must be aged 18 or over.

- Age verification may be required upon delivery
- Couriers may request valid photographic identification before releasing the order
- Orders cannot be delivered to anyone under the age of 18

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to provide age verification
- Incorrect shipping information
- Inability to access the delivery address
The parcel may be returned to the courier depot or returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery requests.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
